表面处理镁钙砂对浇注料性能的影响

摘要 研究了经液相浸泡法表面处理过的镁钙砂而制成的镁钙浇注料的物理性能、抗渣性能的变化规律。结果表明,镁钙浇注料具有较镁质浇注料更好的性能,其中,当CaO含量为10%时镁钙浇注料的物理性能和抗渣性能最好,试样中镁钙砂的包覆膜没有受到破坏,且起到某种程度的辅助结合作用。 The properties of MgOCaO castable in which the MgOCaO clinker was prepared by means of liquid dipping is studied in the present paper. The result shows that the MgOCaO castable has better physical performance and slag resistance than MgO castable and the best content of CaO should be 10%. The film closed on MgOCaO clinker has not been damaged during prepration and rather acts as an assisting binder in castable.
