摘要
采用筛选试验方法,从含有大量微生物菌群的土壤、活性污泥等试样中筛选出多种具有产絮效果的菌种,其中Y5效果最好。试验表明,当培养基初始pH值为5.5,培养时间为65h时,Y5菌液上清液对土壤悬浊液的絮凝率最好。
Eight strains of bioflocculantproducing bacteria are isolated from the activated sludge and soil samples.Their culture broths are all capable of flocculating clay suspension. Based on the flocculating activity, the strain Y5 is singled out,whose culture broth boasts the greatest flocculating activity after 65 hours of cultivation in the medium with an initial pH value at 55.
