基础课教学与创新人才培养

基础课是大学教育的基础,只有具有扎实而全面的基础知识,才有学好专业知识的基础,创新才有可能。本文根据新世纪人才培养模式对基础课的重新定位,分析了当前一些对基础课的错误认识及基础课教学过程中存在的问题,并就如何正确理解、把握基础课的重要性,努力培养创新人才提出了几点对策。

Foundation courses are the base for college education. Only with solid and all-sided foundational knowledge, may one learn professional knowledge well and have creativity. In this article,in line with the reorientation to foundational courses to satisfy the need of the qualified-personnel training mode in the new century,the author analyzes some misunderstandings to foundational courses and some problems in foundational course teaching,and puts forward several countermeasures on how to correctly understand and grasp the significance of the foundational courses and of managing to train creative personnel with ability.
