摘要
应用β-银环蛇毒素(B-BGT)特异结合突触前膜和。α-银环蛇毒素(α-BGT)特异结合乙酰胆碱受体的包被检测板,以ABC-ELISA测定血清抗突触前膜抗体(PrMab)及抗乙酰胆碱受体抗体(AchRab)。共检测131份血清,其中正常人71例,非重症肌无力患者20例,重症肌无力患者40例。结果:①正常人全部阴性.②非重症肌无力患者中,只有一例两种抗体阳性。③40例重症肌无力中,33例抗体阳性,单一抗体阳性15例,两种抗体均阳性18例,PrMab阳性者24例(60%),AehRab阳性者27例(67.5%)。提示重症肌无力患者的抗乙酰胆碱受体抗体和抗突触前膜抗体检测,可作为一项免疫学诊断指标,有临床实用价值。
The special binding affinity of β-bungarotoxin (β-BGT) to PrM and α-BGT to AchR were utilized to measure the sera anti-PrMab and anti-AchRab with ABC-ELISA in 71 normal persons, 20 patients with other neurological disorders and 40 with MG. The normal values of the two samples measured were acquired. The upper limit of optical density was 0.235((?)+3s) for anti-PrMab and 0.221 ((?)+3s) for anti-AchRab. The results were as follows: ①both antibodies were negative in normals, ②only one was positive in the patients with other neurological disorders, ③anti-PrMab was positive in 24 (600%) and anti-AchRab positive in 27 (67.5%) patients with MG in all the subjects measured above, and both antibodies were positive in 18 and only one antibody positive in 15, amounting to 33. Hence, it is suggested that the detection of sera antibodies may have the practical significance for diagnosing MG.
