摘要
论述高碳钢线材控冷工艺以及力学性能的模型,同时针对武汉钢铁(集团)公司高速线材车间生产的82B钢种在斯太尔摩冷却线上的相变过程进行模拟,预测了最终的显微组织和力学性能。简单地评述组织性能预报在过去所取得的成绩,并展望了其未来的发展趋势。
The mathematical models of controlled cooling technology and mechanical properties of highcarbon steel wire rod are discussed.The cooling process of 82B wire rod produced by Wuhan Iron and Steel Company under Stelmor cooling line is simulated,and the microstructure and mechanical properties of the wire rod are predicted. The achievements made in the structural and mechanical properties prediction in the past years has been briefly reviewed and so has been the developing trend
