摘要
目的 :观察异丙酚对减轻心肌缺血再灌注损伤、维持心肌线粒体膜通透性的作用。方法 :2 4只中国大耳菜兔随机等分为对照组、异丙酚组 ,结扎冠状动脉左前降支 ,制作急性心肌缺血再灌注模型。测定结扎前即刻、灌注前即刻、灌注 2h三个时间点的血浆CPK浓度 ,测定灌注 2h时血浆肾上腺素浓度 ,测定缺血再灌注区心肌线粒体的Tc99m MIBI摄取率。结果 :血浆CPK浓度呈动态变化 ;血浆CPK浓度、肾上腺素浓度、心肌线粒体的Tc99m MIBI摄取率的T test说明两组差异有显著性 ;血浆肾上腺素浓度和心肌线粒体的Tc99m MIBI摄取率具有负相关性。结论 :异丙酚能维持心肌线粒体膜通透性 ,降低血浆肾上腺素浓度 。
Objective:To investigate whether propofol can protect myocardia and maintain mitochondria membrane permeability undergone ischemia and reperfusion injury.Methods:24 rabbits were randomly equally divided into control group and propofol group. The animals were subjected to acute ischemia and reperfusion injury by ligating the coronary left anterior descending branch of coronary artery. Plasma PCK levels in the samples taken from right atrium immediately before deligation,immediately before reperfusion and immediately after reperfusion respectively,along with plasma epinephrine immediately after reperfusion were assayed. Myocardial mitochondria uptake rate of Tc 99m MIBI in the ischemic zone was measured.Results:Plasma CPK showed dynamic changes. The level of plasma epinephrine and myocardial mitochondria uptake of Tc 99m MIBI appeared significant differences in two groups respectively. There was negative correlation between plasma epinephrine and myocardial mitochondria uptake of Tc 99m MIBI.Conclusion:Propofol can maintain myocardial mitochondria membrane permeability and decrease plasma epinephrine. Level,there by protect myocardia during ischemia and reperfusion.
