摘要
服务性是校长角色的本质属性,校长角色的服务性定位具有重大的意义。校长角色服务可以分为功能性服务和心理性服务;有偿服务和无偿服务。在校长角色服务的实践中,对于教师要以心理性服务为主导,对于学生要以功能性服务为主导,要努力做到分别服务。
Service is the innate character of the role of a principal. A principal's service can be divided into functional service and psychological service, service with pay and service without pay. In the practice of a principal's service, psychological service should hold a dominant place in the service for the teachers, while in the service for the students functional service should be leading. In sum we should apply different services to teachers and students.
