摘要
教师专业化是一个复杂的系统工程,教育学科是教师专业化的理论基础,法规政策是教师专业化的社会保障机制,广大教师是教师专业化的实践主体。教育学科优先发展、政府和教育行政部门的法规政策支持和广大教师个人以研究者的角色积极参与是实现我国教师专业化的三个不可或缺的合理向度。
Teacher's professionalization is a systematical project. For teacher 's professionalization, education science is the theoretical basis, educational laws and policies are the social guarantee mechanism and all the teachers are th e subjects of practice. Therefore, teacher's professionalization must depend on the preceding development of education science, support from the educational law s and policies of the government and all the teachers' participation.
