摘要 教师专业化已成为国际教师职业发展的重要趋势。教师专业化是一个综合性、复合性、系统性和发展性的教育理念和实践模式,具有丰富的理论内涵和外延。加强教师专业化建设,既是促使教师专业化水平由量变到质变飞跃的保障措施,更是提升教师职业品位的重要分水岭。 Teacher's professionalization has become the important trend of the professional development of international teachers. Teacher's professionalizatio n is an integrated, compound, systematic and developmental educational idea and practical pattern. It has rich theoretical connotation and extension. The constr uction of teacher's professionalization is not only the guarantee of the leap of teacher's professional quality from the quantitative change to the qualitative change, but also the important watershed of promoting the teacher's professional grade.
