Investigation of the growth and development and the influencing factos in newborn baby period

对370例新生儿的生长发育进行了监测,本组新生儿出生体重平均为3277g,平均身长49.9cm,低体重儿(<2500g)的发生率为1.6%,出生后8～14d生长最快,28d平均累计增重981g、增长6cm、母乳喂养儿的身长和体重的增长速度和幅度均优于其他喂养方式。并对母乳喂养年龄,妊娠周数,出生体重等影响生长发育的因素进行了分析。

the investigation of the growth and development was monitored and studied in 370 newborn babies. It was found that the average birthweight was 3 277g and the average birthheight was 49.9 cm. It was shown that the babies of low birthweight (<2500g) accounted for 1.6%. The period of the highest growth speed occurred 8 to 14 days after birth. Within 28 days after birth, the average increase of the body weight was 981g, and that of the height was 6cm. It is indicated that the growth speed and the increase of the height and weight of the breast feeding babies are higher than those fed with any other mehtods. The other influencing factors to the growth and development, including the age of the mother, the number of wees of pregnancy, the birthweight, etc. are also analysed in the paper.
