摘要
论述了在全面实施素质教育过程中大学俄语教学改革的重要性。阐述了在大学俄语教学中,提高教师的自身素质,改进教学方式,培养高素质、复合型、应变能力强的人才,是21世纪高等教育的中心任务。
This paper stresses the importance of carrying out qualityoriented education in the reform of college Russian teaching.And it discusses how to improve the method of teaching,the qualities of teachers.It is the key task for the colleges to train the talents of high quality,multilevel and flexibility in the 21stcentury.
