翻译技巧在公共英语教学中的渗透

非英语专业学生没有机会系统、全面地学习翻译理论及翻译技巧,这就要求大学英语教师熟练掌握翻译理论与翻译方法,并将这些内容在日常教学中渗透给学生,其做法是:①使学生明确翻译的原则;②寓翻译技巧于日常教学之中;③寓翻译技巧于作业讲评之中。最终达到提高翻译水平之目的。

It is impossible for the nonEnglish major students to obtain the opportunity to study the translating theories and skills systemically.This fact demands the college English teachers to master the translating theories and methodologies and then convey this knowledge to the students in the daily teaching.The methods are as follows:① Let the students know the principlas of translating.② Put the translating skills into the daily teaching.③ Put the translating skills into the homework presentation.At last the translating level of the students can be enhanced.
