新形势下做好高校办公室工作的思考

The Thought on Enhancing the Office Work of the Colleges and Universities under the New Circumstances

随着高校内部管理体制改革的深入,多数院校实行两办合属办公或合并为学校(院)办公室。笔者提出做好办公室工作,首先要明确任务,理清工作思路,创造性地开展工作;其次要抓住主要矛盾,突出重点,提高工作水平;其三,要提高全体工作人员素质,以适应新形势下的工作需要。

With the further development of interior management system revolution in college and university, most of the colleges carry out the system of the combination between the Party branch and the college office,which attach to school office. This essay analyzes and probes into how to do the office work well under the new circumstances, carry out the office functions and give full play to the office effects. To do the office work well, firstly, we should define the task, straighten out the work chain of thought, and carry out the work creatively; secondly, we should grasp the major contradictions, stress the main points and enhance the work level; thirdly, we should improve the quality of the staff in order to meet the work needs under the new circumstances.
