摘要
通过对24只家兔的动物实验,探讨了全身发热对颅内压的影响。实验分为3组:正常颅压组、高颅压模型组及抑制发热组。结果表明:发热可使颅内压明显升高,高颅爪模型组颅内爪升高的幅度更大。提示临床上对高颅压患者应尽量避免发热,一旦发热,应采取积极的降温措施,高热吋在降温的同时应给于甘露醇等脱水药物以防颅内压上升到蜲账健?
The relation between fever and intracranial pressure (ICP) was studied in an experiment with 24 rabbits. The rabbits were divided into 3 groups: the group of normal ICP, the group of increased intracranial pressure (IIP) model, and the group of inhibited fever. The results showed that fever might markedly increase the ICP, especially in the group of IIP. During injection of pyrogen, we controled the temperature at the normal level with chemical and physical methods, and found that the ICP didn't rise. The results indicated that ICP was, indeed, the direct effect of fever, and wash't the direct effect if pyrogen, From the results, the authors thought that fever should be avoided in patients with IIP; if fever happended, active methods to lower body temperature should be adopted. At the same time, mannitol and other dehydrater should be given, when the temperature was high.
