Enlightenment and References of Foreign Agricultural Legislation

世界许多国家都十分重视农业立法 ,走依法治农的道路。通过比较归纳 ,发现各国都强调依法治农 ,建立了完善的农业法制 ,将保护农民利益作为农业立法的宗旨。借鉴国外农业立法的有益经验 ,提出树立依法治农思想。

Many countries of the world all attach importance to the agricultural legislation, and run to the track of managing agricultures by law. Through the comparison and induction, this article found that different countries all emphasize managing agriculture according to the laws and have established the perfect agricultural institutions. They take protecting the peasants' interest as the aim of the agricultural legislation. Reference to the useful experience of foreign agricultural legislation, this article put forward the proposal of setting up the thought of administering agriculture on the basis of laws, establishing the conception of protecting the agricultural workers and fostering sound agricultural institutions.
