清华大学学生刘海洋的“伤熊事件”,在社会上引发了广泛的反响 ,人们从不同的角度去分析、评价这一行为 ,媒体也将此事炒得沸沸扬扬。当我们仅从法律的角度去看待这一事件时 ,确实也带给了我们更多的启示 :刘海洋的行为是否构成犯罪 ,舆论媒体如何影响着我们的司法 ,以及如何完善我国的刑法典 。

The 'Bear Injury Incident'about Liu Hai-yang ,the student of Qinghua University, evoked wide repercussion in society .The incident was analysed and appraised from different points of view by people,and which made bubbling with noise by the public opinions .When we appraised the incident only from the point of law ,we drew more inspiration from that .That was:Weather LIU Hai-yang did a criminal act ;How the public opinion influenced the judicature ;How to perfect the criminal law.These problems should be considered from legislative angle.
