中国粮食种植业的“钻石体系”存在着结构性缺陷 ,导致国际竞争力不强 ,在加入 WTO背景下 ,中国应当构筑粮食种植业国家竞争优势以应对来自发达国家现代化粮食种植业的挑战 ,为此 ,有必要尽快增进中国粮食种植业的生产要素质量、切实改善中国的粮食内需条件、大力发展粮食种植业的相关及支持性产业。
