中国期刊方阵与中文核心期刊的比较

中文核心期刊产生于 2 0世纪 90年代初 ,由北京大学图书馆与北京地区高校图书馆期刊工作研究会共同主持 ,是一种评价学术期刊水平、帮助各单位确定期刊订购数量和品种的参考工具。中国期刊方阵是国家新闻出版总署于 2 0 0 1年 4月从全国 813 5种正式出版的各类期刊中 ,按照办刊质量、发行数量、社会效益和经济效益等要求 ,评选出 15 0 0多种“双高”、“双奖”、“双百”、“双效”四个层次组成期刊方阵。中文核心期刊和中国期刊方阵相比较 ,有三方面的区别 :( 1)建立的目的不同 ;( 2 )建立的方法标准不同 ;( 3 )

Core Journals of China was formed at early 1990s,sponsored by the library of Peiking University and association of library and journal of institutions of higher education in Beijing.It is a reference to evalute the acadrmic level of journals and help units to ascertain the subscription volume and variety.Chinese journals formation was developed by the National News and Press Publishing Administration Office in January 2001.From 8 135 formal publications,the office had selected over 1 500 journals with better quality to form the Chinese Jonrnal Formation.
