掺杂Al_2O_3的ZnO陶瓷粉体的制备及表征

PREPARATION AND CHARACTERIZATION OF Al_2O_3 DOPED ZnO CERAMIC POWDER

以硝酸锌和硝酸铝为原料 ,利用共沸法制备了Al2 O3 掺杂的ZnO陶瓷粉体 ,采用X -射线衍射 (XRD)等分析手段对所得粉体进行了表征。结果表明 ,所得Al2 O3 掺杂的ZnO陶瓷粉体为Al原子固溶在ZnO晶格中形成了固溶体 ,且此粉体分散性较好。

Al 2O 3 doped ZnO powders are prepared by azeotropic method,using Zn(NO 3) 2 and Al(NO 3) 3 as precursors.The characteristics of the powders are investigated by XRD. The results indicate that Al 2O 3 doped ZnO powders are ZnO phase with Al atoms as the solute in the lattice,and the powders have well-disper-sibility.
