军地不同组织职业生涯管理比较分析

摘要 科学有效的组织职业生涯管理对员工的心理与行为产生积极有效的影响,有助于部队战斗力的提高。为掌握部队职业生涯管理的现状,调查参考国内外职业生涯管理的方法,引用国内学者自编的 OCMQ 并作了修改,通过开放式问卷在部队、国有企业、国家机关、事业单位、合资企业、民营企业中进行测查并对数据进行了比较分析。
