介绍了一种电加热炉的改进设计。将原炉体结构分为受压外筒和非受压内筒两部分,减少了接触高温的受压部件数量,从而减少了耐高温不锈钢用量,使设备投资大幅度减少,同时降低了外壁温度,使散热损失更少,设备的安全运行性能也更好。
An design to upgrad e the electrical heating furnace was described.The number of parts which is un der high temperature during operation were dramatically reduced by separating t he inner chamber,which is free of pressure,from the out chamber,which is u nder pressure.This design helps to reduce the consumption of high temperatur e stainless steal and thus reduces the cost of manufacturing.The new design also helps to decrease temperature of out chamber and the hest loses during operation.The operation and the reliability of equipment have been improved.
