摘要 目的 尝试建立用流式细胞术检测药物抗菌效应的新方法。方法 以碘化丙啶为荧光染料 ,用流式细胞术检测大肠埃希菌标准菌株ATCC 2 5 92 2在不同浓度头孢噻肟作用下各管平均荧光强度 ,并就最佳实验条件进行探讨。结果 细菌平均荧光强度值随着抗生素浓度的增加而增强 ,其变化具有浓度依赖性 ,较好地反映了药物的抗菌效应。结论 成功建立用流式细胞术检测药物抗菌效应的新方法 ,流式细胞术在该领域的应用 。 Objective To develop a new method for druganti?bacterial effect by flow cytometry(FCM).Methods ATCC 25922 of E.coli were fluorescence labeled by propidium iodide(PI),mean fluorescence intensity (MFI)under different durg concentrations were detected by flowcytometry,and explore the best experiment condition.Results With drug concentrains rising,the MFI of bacteria were increasing,the changetrends is concentration?dependent, which reflect the drug antibacterial effectexactly.Conclusion It was successful to develop a new method for drug anti?bacterial effect by flow cytometry,the application of FCM inthis field is worth studying it deeply.
