A Report on the Cuiative Effect of Bivalent Highly Effective Full Egg Liquor Immune to IBD

双价高免全蛋液对人工感染鸡传染性法氏囊病的防治试验结果表明:病毒与该药同时注射,保护率为100%;攻毒后24h开始用药,每次1ml,每天1次,连用2次,保护率为96%;攻毒后48h注射,每天1次,连用2次,保护率为88%;攻毒后72和96h注射,每天1次,连用3次,保护率均为68%.ck组的病死率为57.8%,高于各试验组.

The vaccine, which is immune to new castle disease and infectious bursal disease ( IBD ), is named 'bivalent highly-effective full egg liquor'.The experiments were carried out with the liquor in IBD-infected chicken and the results have shown that the vaccine has taken some effect in all stages when the flock were vaccinated with IBDV. The protection rate would reach 100% when the virus and the liquor were vaccinated at one time; the rate would be 96% when one ml liquor was used twice continually, once a day, after 24 hours of virus' vacccnation; and 88%after 48 hours, twice continually, once a day; and 68% after 72 hours or 96 hours,three times continually, once a day.The motality for checked groups of seriously infected chicken by the virus reached 51.8%,higher than the other tested groups.The anti-ND curative effect of the liquor has not been tested, indoors, but the outdoors observation has shown the liquor took the same effect as indoors
