摘要
本文利用热风干燥试验台对山植进行了单因素与正交的脱水试验研究,分析了风温、风速和物料层厚度对脱水速率、干后产品质量的影响规律,提出了较佳的脱水工艺及合理的性能参数,还进行了热风脱水与热风-减压组合式脱水的对比试验研究.
In this paper, the dehydration of haw has been studied on a convective airflow drying test-bed. The influence law of airflow temperature, airflow velocity, thichness of material layer on dehydrating rate, the quality of dehydrated haw has been analyzed. The better dehydrating process and optimum parameter for haw were piovided. Meanwhile, the contrast test of airflow dehydration and airflow-decompression dehydration on haw were made.
