摘要
本文针对以往我院8学时的普修推铅球技术教学后,部分学生经常出现滑步与最后用力动作失调、脱节,致使滑步推球反低于原地推球成绩的反常现象,根据该动作技术的难点与关键及人体上下肢神经生理特点,打破传统的自上而下的教学模式,探讨设计出由腿、躯干到臂自下而上的教学顺序,以掌握滑步推铅球技术为核心的教学方案.实验结果表明,采用本方案教学,学生能较快较正确地掌握完整推铅球技术,效果良好.实验班的技评与达标成绩,原地与滑步推球成绩比实验前的提高幅度,均显著或极显著高于对照班.
In the process of 8 hours shot put teaching of our college students,some students' results of slide step shot put were lower than that of standing in the same place because of coming apart and abnomal movement in the last hard push with the slide step. Considering the abnomal phenomenon and the difficuty and key of movement technique as well as the nerve physiological characteristics,the new teaching plan of mastering slide step shot put technique was designed that teaching sequence was from leg to body to arm. the traditional teaching pattion from uper to low part has been broken. The result showed that using the new teaching plan,students can master shot put technique more correctly and more quickly and make significant improvements. The increasing range of treat group for standing in the same place and slide step shot put was highly better than that of group using the traditional teaching plan.
