To Analyze what Affects the Relations Between Masses and Cadresin Rural China From the Visual Angle of Subjects

影响当前农村干群关系的原因非常复杂,但是,从主体角度看,群众、乡村干部在发生变化后,其自身存在的种种缺陷和不足,导致了群众对干部的认同度减弱,干群主体间冲突不断。因此,从主体自身的表现中找出其成因,在此基础上,加强主体自身的改善来实现三者之间的良性互动,将是今后缓解和改善干群关系的着力点。

The factors that influence the relation between masses and cadres in rural China is very complex.But from the viewpoint of subject,masses don't confide in cadres because of their shortcomings after they have changed.So the conflict is getting more and more.On the basis of finding their own causes,improvement of the subjects themselves should be strengthened in order to enforce the good mutual action among them.It'll be the cornerstone to relax and better the relations between masses and cadres in rural China.
