摘要
教育信息化可以看作是一个追求信息化教育的过程 .欠发达地区教育信息化的实施和发达地区教育信息化的实施具有许多不同 ,主要表现在教育观念、政府决策、经费投入、技术保障、软件制作、师资培训、管理体制等方面 .
Informatization education can be regarded as a process of pursuing informatization education. There are lots of differences between executive strategies of informatization education in under development regions and in developed regions. All these differences show educative idea, government decision, investing funds, technology guarantee, making software, teachers training, the system of management ect.
