摘要
目的探讨规范化的加速康复外科(ERAS)流程对钬激光前列腺剜除患者术后康复的有效性。方法回顾性分析上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院157例因前列腺增生行钬激光前列腺剜除术的患者围手术期资料,其中2017年4月至6月,ERAS组76例,2017年1月至3月常规手术对照组81例,比较两组患者术后疼痛感受、术后首次排便时间、导尿管留置时间、住院时间、住院费用等。结果 ERAS组患者术后疼痛感受、开始排便时间、留置导尿管时间明显短于对照组,住院费用亦明显减少(P<0.05)。结论 ERAS应用于钬激光前列腺剜除术安全、有效,部分措施可持续优化推广。
Objective To investigate the safety,feasibility,and efficacy of enhanced recovery after surgery(EARS) in holmium laser transurethral enucleation of the prostate(HoLEP).Methods Clinical data of 157 patients with benign prostatic hypertrophy(BPH)undergoing HoLEP during Jan.and Jun.2017 were retrospectively analyzed,among whom 76 received EARS(EARS group) and 81 received conventional perioperative care(control group).The postoperative pain score,first defecating time,catheter indwelling time,hospital stay and medical costs were compared between the two groups.Results The EARS group had obvious advantages over the control group in postoperative pain score,first defecation time,catheter indwelling time,and medical costs(all P<0.05).Conclusion EARS is safe,feasible,and effective in HoLEP.
