摘要
目的提高肾结核并寒性脓肿的诊治水平。方法回顾性分析14例肾结核并寒性脓肿患者的临床资料。结果 14例患者行肾切除加脓肿清除,术后均Ⅰ期治愈出院,无1例窦道、积液形成。随访1个月至3年,平均19个月,1例未规律抗结核治疗而脓肿复发。结论肾结核并寒性脓肿在抗结核治疗后,采用病灶清除、药物灌洗、负压引流,均可取得较好的手术效果。
Objective To improve the skills of diagnosis and treatment of nephrophthisis with cold abscess. Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of fourteen cases of nephrophthisis with cold abscess.Re-sults Fourteen cases were cured and discharged with phase Ⅰ after nephrectomy and removal of abscess , and no one case of sinus or effusion.All fourteen cases were followed up.The duration of follow-up was from one month to three years ( average nineteen months) .Only one case without regular anti-tuberculosis treatment re-curred abscess.Conclusions After anti-tuberculosis treatment.The treatments for nephrophthisis with cold ab-scess of debridement, medicine irrigating and negative pressure drainage were effectively operative techniques.
