摘要
中国电视法制节目的产生、发展与兴盛与中国法制建设息息相关 ,它走过的每一步都记录着中国法制建设的进程。实现电视法制节目与法制建设的互动发展 ,必须实现电视法制节目的规范与法制化 ,建立健全的新闻管理体制和自律机制 ,同时还要加深对法的理解和对法治精神的把握 ,提高节目质量。
The birth, development and popularity of Chinese TV legal programs are closely connected with Chinese legal construction. Every step of it has recorded the progress of Chinese legal construction. In order to develop the interaction between them, it is necessary to standardize and legalize the programs, establish sound news management system and self-controlling system, deepen understanding of law and of law spirit to improve the quality of the programs
