摘要 极早熟桃品种“春蕾”果实硬熟期的幼胚在胚珠离体培养条件下维持胚性生长.转移胚培养后获得了89.2%的试管成苗率.胚珠培养期间的蔗糖浓度以5%和8%为宜.此外,采用MT培养基直接进行幼胚培养亦可维持胚性生长,转移胚培养后获得了92.6%的试管成苗率.这对于进一步开展极早熟桃育种工作和极早熟桃后代遗传分析具有重要意义. The young embryo of super-early maturing peach variety 'Chunlei'at fruit hard-ripe stage maintain embryonic growth under the conditions of in vitro culture of ovule. After the transfer culture,the obtained plantlet survial rate in text tube was 89. 2%. During ovule culture sucrose at 5% and 8% was optimum. In addition,direct young embryo culture using MT medium can also maintain embryonic growth. After the transfer culture, the obtained plantlet survial rate in text tube was 92. 6%. This provide a new method for super-early maturing peach breeding and genetic analysis of their progeny.
