摘要
选取顶端已现蕾的菊花枝条,去掉顶端的花蕾和叶片,再将其剪成带1个侧芽、长约1cm的茎段,经消毒处理后,分别接种到MS+BA 1mg/L+NAAO.1mg/L+蔗糖30g/L+琼脂6g/L的培养基上,茎段上的侧芽萌动后,新芽顶端长出的花蕾可以形成菊花幼苗.
