摘要
目的 :探讨血脉宁颗粒对血栓性疾病动物模型微血管通透性及微循环的影响。方法 :采用给小鼠耳涂2 %二甲苯 ,再处死小鼠 ,算出耳片肿胀值 ,取Wistar大鼠肠系膜 ,滴加 0 1%的肾上腺素 ,观察 1min末和 3min末血色、流态的变化。结果 :血脉宁颗粒组耳片肿胀值明显下降 ,肠系膜微循环血管痉挛时间明显缩短 ,与空白对照组比较有统计学意义 (P <0 0 5 )。
Objective :To study the effect of micrangium permeability and microcirculation of Xuemaining granule on animal model of thrombotic disease. Methods :At first,the ears of the mice were smeared with 2% Xylene,then the mice were killed and the swelling titers of the rats sheets were calculabed;the measentery ofthe rats were extracted and were dropwised with 0 1% adrenalin,then observed the sanguinolent and rheological changes after the end of one minute and three minutes respectively. Results :Atfer therapy,the results showed that the swelling titers of otic sheets were obviously declined and the spasm time of microculatory blood vessel was evidently shortened,as compared with the blank control group,the treatment group had statisticas significance( P <0 05).
