Preparation of carvedilol tablets

目的 制备卡维地洛片。方法 用正交实验设计方法对处方工艺进行筛选与优化 ,并通过加速试验考察片剂稳定性。结果 以优选处方工艺制备的 3批样品质量稳定。结论 该处方工艺合理 。

AIM\ To prepare the carvedilol tablets. METHODS\ The formulation and preparation technique were select by orthogonal method. The stability of the tablets under the condition of accelerated was obsered. RESULTS\ The stability of the carvedilol tablets was satisfactory. CONCLUSIONS\ The selected formulation and preparation technique are good and can contribute to the development of the product.
