该文阐述剖析我国农村地区水环境现状,分析农村水环境问题恶化的主要原因,即农村乡镇企业点污染源所造成的环境污染;化肥、农药不合理使用所导致的农村面源污染;未经处理的污水直接灌溉;迅速发展起来的集约化养殖场的污染以及居民生活污水和废弃物的乱排乱堆,在此基础上提出了保护与治理我国农村水环境的对策与建议。
