摘要 南水北调西线工程地处青藏高原东南部,规划从长江上游调水170亿m^3,经输水隧洞穿越巴颜喀拉山分水岭入黄河上游。阐述包括向干旱、半干旱的西北地区和缺水的黄河调水的必要性;从20世纪50年代到现在历经半个世纪的研究;以及工程方案技术。 Located in the southeast of Qingzang Plateau, the project of Water Diversion from the South to the North is planned to divert 17 billions m3 of water from the Upper Yangtze River, and deliver the water via the tunnels across the watershed ridge of Bayankala Mountain to the Upper Yellow River. The main characteristics include: Explained are the necessaries the divert water to the draught and semi - draught area of Northwest Region of China and to the Yellow River of water shortage. The Researches on the project have been done since the 1950s and the technical schemes of the project of water diversion from the South to the North.
