水库溃坝对南水北调总干渠防洪影响

南水北调中线工程开工在即,工程建成后的风险问题不容忽视。总干渠左侧上游水库溃坝洪水是其中重要的影响因素之一,通过对总干渠河北省邯邢段(以下简称“南段”)范围内所有水库基本资料、技术指标、存在问题的系统分析,筛选排查以及溃坝洪水的分析,研究溃坝洪水对总干渠的影响,提出了总干渠防护措施建议。
