Pedagogical and Administrative Design in Activity-Based Information Technology Classes

摘要 随着教学设计理论的发展,以学习活动为中心的教学设计思想逐渐走进理论研究和教学实践领域。信息技术课更是由于本身操作性强、知识呈模块化组织的特点为以学习活动为中心进行教学设计提供了便利的实践基础。本文重点介绍了以学习活动为中心的信息技术课教学设计及管理系统的开发理念和功能设计,以期能有效地帮助教师提高教学质量,同时对以学习活动为中心的教学设计的理论研究提供实践支持。 This paper discusses the ideas and principles behind the development and formulation of the software Pedagogical Design and Management System for IT Classes in Elementary and Middle Schools. It also offers suggestions and recommendations to teachers for enhancing the quality of the teaching process and provides the theoretical underpinnings for research into activity-based pedagogical design. The software utilizes the distinctive features of activity-based learning. Its strengths are its comprehensive functions, high level of compatibility, high quality activities and resources banks, and its simple and practical support for various teaching strategies. It consists of two main components: a pedagogical design system and a management system. Pedagogical design is the core of the software and pertains to designing tasks for learning activities. This includes the theme, workflow, resources documents and interactive activities for the learning and teaching process. The system formulates and generates the information and data related to classes on information technology. The basic unit of the system is the activity. Designated activities are integrated to become a unit, and units are in turn used to form modules until a course is finally completed. The management system is in fact a distribution platform for course delivery. Teachers and students can engage in two-way teaching and learning activities through this platform. Its major functions are user management, student records management, and a virtual office for teachers.
