Research and Thinking about the Large-scale Development in West China

本文论述了我国经济社会发展中的均衡发展战略、非均衡发展战略的历史发展过程 ,论述了西部大开发是在当前国际国内形势下 ,我国经济和社会发展的必然趋势 。

This article discussed the historical development process of the balanced development strategy and the un-balanced development strategy in our national economic society. It discussed that the Large-scale development in west China is the inexorable trend of our national economy and society development in the present international and internal situation, and pointed out the five problems that must be cared in the large-scale development in west China.
