摘要
文章首先对经营城市这一概念进行了辨析,并指出经营城市主要应从经营城市有形资产及无形资产入手,经营好城市土地资源,筹集城市发展资金;要达到经营城市的目标,还必须对我国城市传统的运行机制进行变革;经营城市的最终目标是城市文明的进步,因此,经营城市必须全面树立城市形象,打造城市品牌。最后,作者还对经营城市中可能出现的问题进行了探讨。
On the basis of the definition of city_management, this paper presents the ways to manage the city in the market economy. The first, the municipality should manage the assets by the ways of non_gratuitous attornment, and auction of the urban resource, especially the urban land. And next, the traditional administration working mechanism must be reformed in order to attain the goals of city_management. Thirdly, a city must have its'own brand and image. At last,the author discusses the potential problems in the city_management.
