人力资本、经济发展和教育制度变迁

HUMAN CAPITAL, ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND TRANSFORMATION OF EDUCATION INSTITUTION

人力资本理论已成为"今日经济学中经验应用最多的理论之一"。文章简要介绍了人力资本理论的主要内容及其对经济发展的贡献,认识到人力资本的形成和积累是我国实现现代化的关键,然而由于深层次的教育制度原因,我国人力资本的生产和积累存在诸多问题,因而要积极促进教育制度变迁,加快人力资本的生产、形成和积累。

The theory of human capital is being focused on by more and more scholars.In this paper,the author briefly introduces the main idea of 'the theory of human capital'and human capital investment's contributions to economic growth.The key to Chinese modernization is the formation and accumulation of human capital.Due to shortage of education institution,human capital in China has many contradictions and problems.Thus,we should further the transformation of education institution and to accelerate accumulation of human capital.
