摘要
高校后勤社会化改革几年来的实践证明:只有牢牢把握姓"教"的内涵;牢牢把握稳定是改革的前提;转换用人机制;政府指导,高校内部统一思想,走出一条宽广的后勤改革之路。
These years practice of socializing logistics in colleges and universities shows that only adhering to the connotation of 'education', and stability as a prerequisite for the reform, persisting in the change of personnel mechanism, the guidance of governments and the idiological unity within colleges and universities, can we open up a wide way for the reform of logistics.
