Health Quotient(HQ) culture and P.E.

健商是21世纪人类最新的健康文化和全新的健康理念。健商文化教育涉及到心理健康、身体健康和社会适应能力等方面,是学校体育教学改革的思路。将健商文化教育融入到学校体育教育中应注意加强理论教材的建设,加强体育教师健商文化的再教育并构建一支高健商的体育教师队伍,以及必须采取多元的教育方式,形成立体的教育网络以加强健商文化与体育教育的融合。

HQ is the newest health culture and idea in the 21st century. HQ culture involves mental and physical health and the ability of adapting to the society. Several issues should be stressed when merging HQ education into P.E. Constructing of teaching materials should be strengthened. P.E. teachers should be reeducated with HQ culture and polyeducational methods be adopted to form a threedimensional education network.
