2008年奥运会将在中国北京举办,对28届奥运会中的相关法律,知识产权保护,市场营销,环境保护,资金运作,体育彩票的法制化管理,电视转播权和体育比赛门票出售等法律问题进行了理论探讨与分析。
The 29th Olympic Games will be held in Beijing in 2008. The author mainly discussed issues related to the protection of the intellectual property,right,the market promotion,the environmental protection,capital operation,legal management of the sports lottery,the television relay rights and the sales of the tickets of the Games.
