摘要
专家咨询和运动员访谈的结果发现,中国高水平运动员的运动成就动机与余安邦等人提出的关于中国人成就动机的理论具有类似的概念模型。在此理论基础之上,研究者编制了社会取向与个我取向运动成就动机量表,并进行了初步的信效度检验。
The results of experts consultation and athletes interview of this study showed that the conceptual framework of achievement motivation developed by Yu et al(1989) could be applied to the Chinese elite athletes. Based on this confirmation,the researchers developed the Social& Individual Oriented Sport Achievement Motivation Scale and tested its reliability and validity in measuring achievement motivation of the Chinese elite athletes.
