管理体制转变后我院财务工作面临的几个问题及对策研究

A study on problems and countermeasures of financial work in Wuhan Inst. of P.E. after the change of management system

对我院财务工作过去存在的问题进行分析的基础上,按照"十六大"的有关精神,科学的提出了改革与发展对策,即:外争多方支持,内寻改革发展;科学制定适合我院的会计制度和财务管理办法;尽早实现会计核算网络化,加强会计信息反馈与监督,增加财务工作透明度等。并围绕这些对策的实现进行了理论分析与探讨。

Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the past financial work in Wuhan Inst. Of P.E.,the author puts forward countermeasures of reform and development according to the spirit of the Sixteenth National Congress of the Party.Winning over more external support,seeking for internal reform and development,formulating scientific accounting system and financial management methods,realizing business accounting network as soon as possible,strengthening accounting information feedback and supervision and increasing transparency of accountings are effective measures.
