摘要
本文通过政府管理过程中常见的公职人员腐败现象,从人性、政治体制、监督机制等方面入手,分析了公职人员腐败蔓延、孳生的成因及机理,并提出了解决公职人员腐败问题的措施和建议,力求在有效遏制政府公职人员腐败方面进行有益的探索。
Through the commonly corrupt phenomena in our government administration among people in public official positions, this paper first analyzes the formation reasons of public employees corruption from different aspect of being caused by human nature, political system and supervisory system And then it puts forward the countermeasures to prevent corruption of public employees from happening
