探讨民事管辖的两个问题,一是利用诉讼标的额的增减规避级别管辖问题,指出其危害性及特殊诉讼标的确定标准与级别管辖的关系;二是论证协议管辖拓展的价值,对协议管辖应拓展到哪几种类型的案件进行构想。
