我国公民环境权保护法律问题研究

由于科技、经济的迅猛发展,环境问题越来越引起人们的重视,公民环境权的保护对于依法治理好环境有着极为重要的意义。我国目前的环境保护法律法规已逐步完善,但对于公民环境权保护的相关法律法规还有一定缺陷,本文分析了现行的环境权保护相关法律,提出了应在法律上确立环境权作为公民的基本权利,完善公民环境监督权以及环境权的救济等法律法规,以使公民的环境权得到进一步保护。
