高等教育产业经营管理需研究并解决的问题主要是 :一、高等教育产业经营管理的目标追求 ;二、引入经营理念与经济原则是高等教育产业经营管理的前提 ;三、引入和建立产业机制是实行高等教育产业经营管理的突破口 ;四、资金的科学而有序的运作是高等教育产业经营管理的难点与核心。

The main problems that need to be studied and resolved in operation and management in higher education are: (i) The objectives of the operation and management of higher education. (ii) It is the pre requirement for the operation and management of higher education to introduce concept of management and principles for economy. (iii) It is the breakthrough to introduce and establish the industrial systems.
